So, naturally, providing your clients with an easy to use personal trainer testimonial template will make the whole process much simpler, easier for the client and get you way more kind words than you bargained for. Here are the big 7 questions to ask your clients to get great testimonials:
- What was the problem you needed to solve?
- Why did you choose the business you did?
- How did they solve your problem?
- How was their solution unique?
- What did you particularly like about their approach or delivery?
- How would you summarise the experience as a whole?
- Would you recommend the business to others? If so, who?
Make It Easy
Now that you have some great questions to ask for testimonials, you need to deliver them in an easy to use format so that your clients can complete the task easily. Delivery of your testimonials page can be done in any of the following ways:
- Paper form - literally hand them a piece of paper with the questions on and ask them to fill it out. Be sure to do it there and then otherwise you risk the client losing the testimonials form or simply not filling it out.
- Website form - Have the questions as a form on your website. This option is great if your clients are happy to go online and fill it in for you. You can simply send them a link and let them crack on in their own time.
